In the United Kingdom the Legal Services Act,, now allows for non-lawyers to own law firms through a legal structure called “ABS” (Alternative Business Structure). Taking advantage of this, our group is in the process of establishing our own law firm to facilitate the group’s global transactions, and assist clients with their global legal needs.
